Our Services are powered by Shopify Inc. ("Shopify"), which enables us to provide a seamless shopping experience.

By visiting, browsing, or using our Services (including placing an order), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy (collectively "Governing Documents"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms or the Governing Documents, you may not access or use our Services.

2.3 Custom & Made-to-Order Products: Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., tailored gowns, engraved jewelry) are subject to additional terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy and may not be eligible for return or exchange.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS


3.1 Order Offer & Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or incomplete/incorrect order information. Your order is only confirmed once we send a formal order confirmation email and process your payment.

3.2 Order Modifications & Cancellations: We may be unable to modify or cancel an order after it has been confirmed and processed. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at support@elegeleges.com—we will attempt to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

3.3 Payment Authorization: We may pre-authorize your payment method to verify funds availability before processing your order. This pre-authorization will be converted to a charge upon order shipment.

3.4 Resale Prohibition: You agree that purchases are for personal or household use only, and you may not resell, distribute, or commercialize our products without our explicit written consent.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING


4.1 Pricing: All product prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges (for international orders), which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4.2 Promotions & Discounts: Promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes are valid only for the specified period, subject to availability, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

4.3 Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information (e.g., credit card details, billing address) and to ensure that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to invalid or unauthorized payment information.

4.4 Price Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website and in orders, even after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order or proceed at the correct price.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


5.1 Shipping Terms: Shipping times and fees are outlined in our Logistics & Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed—we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.

5.2 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit (see our Refund & Return Policy for claims processes).

5.3 International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are assessed by the destination country. You are responsible for researching and paying these fees—we do not collect or remit international customs charges.
