  • Product-Specific Handling: Bulkier, custom-sized evening gowns or items requiring specialized packaging (e.g., heavily embellished couture pieces) may extend delivery time by 2–3 business days.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered address, containing a unique tracking number.

  • elegeleges.com is not liable for damages, loss, or theft incurred during transit (this falls under the shipping carrier’s responsibility).
  • If you receive damaged goods or your shipment is lost:
    1. Retain all original packaging, damaged items, and shipping documentation.
